Just the keys 🔑 I wish it could be more digital and two should be given to adults. Everything else is very okay for me. I would recommend this.

The location is mind-blowing! Situated next to a metro station and zoo, with a nice entrance hall and reception. Our room on the top floor had a jaw-dropping view and was super comfortable with a big table and ample space. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel may look like a block of flats from the outside but inside it's nice and clean. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were superb. We had a pleasure staying there.

The staff were professional and friendly without being forward, the room was comfortable for a short stay and the range of food available for breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

My room was slight cool and there did not appear to be a thermostat to adjust this.

This place provides luxury accommodation that is clean and ideally located near the older zoo, just a five-minute walk, with excellent staff on hand.

The internet is not free.When we arrived we asked a gentleman at the reception how to get to the Charlottenburg castle. The next day we asked a lady about that. None of them gave us the correct directions

We chose this hotel for our coach holiday as it is conveniently located just outside the city center. the tram station is a short walk away, making it easy to explore the historic old town. We even took a taxi to visit the Tierpark, which was just a short ride away. the room was spacious and the bathroom had three big mirrors, making it convenient for getting ready. the hotel also had drink dispensers in the lobby and an eco-friendly fridge in the room.

The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, which was a bit disappointing.

The place was impeccably clean with a very helpful and efficient staff. Great-sized and brand-new room with a large bed. A storage, a lounge, and a large wardrobe were nice. Great way to end our christmas.
